Our customers have the right to return the product within 14 business days. This term will expire on the 14 business days of the day the product has been received by the customer.


  • In the unfortunate event that the product is defective. (Its clearly broken and unusable)
  • Product received is totally different from the order. (Requested Product A Received Product B)
  • The size sent is not the same as the requested one. (Customer requests size S and the product received is labeled with size M)

Customer has the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In case the product is not available, the customer will be refunded with a Store Credit or for the total amount.

  2. Product SKU (Product ID, name)
  3. Reason for return (wrong size / defect highlighted)
  4. Clear Picture of the Product with their tags attached

Our solution:

  • We will communicate this to our supplier to issue an exchange or a refund.
  • Once our supplier receives the item, we will resend a new product and cover the expenses of the shipping cost. This is only applicable if Jessie de la Rosa is responsible for shipping the wrong item/size.


  • The selected size does not fit the customer’s measurements.
  • Customer simply want a change for another product or return it (we only accept exchange for the same kind of products : clothes vs clothes, bikini vs bikini etc.)
  • Patterns have some variations according with the picture.
  • Color is slightly different from the picture.
  • Material quality is not exactly what the customer want.

If the customers want an exchange, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with original tags and their original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be reflected on your credit card statement within the amount of business days that your credit card company require.
  • Only the original payment method that was used to purchase the item on our site will be refunded.
  • Refund or Changes will be executed once we receive the tracking number from the customer as a guarantee that the item has been sent back to us.
